Adult Caregiver Grief Support Group
Parents, guardians, or caregivers of children and teens attending Valerie's House groups. Adults 18 and older.
Caregivers meet separately while their children and teens are in group. These peer-based sessions provide space to process personal grief, learn how grief impacts children at different ages, and connect with others parenting through loss.
Groups meet twice a month. Sessions run in semesters concurrent with the school calendar. Groups include facilitated peer support and grief education.

The duration of the program varies based on individual needs, but typically, families can participate for several weeks to several months. We aim to provide ongoing support as long as it is needed.
