Young adults ages 18 to 30 navigating grief during early adulthood.
This group recognizes the unique challenges of grief during life transitions such as college, careers, relationships, and independence. Emphasis is placed on peer connection and shared experience with others in similar life stages.
Groups meet once a month at Valerie's House. Sessions are facilitated discussion with peers in similar life stages.
